Since our items are instantly delivered digital products, we have a specific refund policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
🚫 No Refund on Digital Products
All products sold on MyDigiBox are digital downloads (e-books, planners, templates, digital tools, etc.).
Once the product is purchased and delivered, we cannot offer refunds, because:

Digital files cannot be returned

Customers gain instant lifetime access immediately after purchase
For this reason, we maintain a strict no-refund, no-cancellation policy.
💡 Exceptions (Refund Applicable Only If…)
A refund may be approved only under the following special conditions:
✔ You were charged twice for the same order (duplicate payment)
✔ You did not receive the download link even after 24 hours (and you contacted support)
✔ The file received is corrupted or unable to download, and support cannot fix it
To request a refund for eligible cases, contact us within 3 days of purchase.
